Taken from August 2008 issue of Oxygen Magazine.
Ingredients 4 oz roasted red peppers, drained 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 2 TBSP lemon juice 1 clove garlic (I like more garlic, so I would use about 2-4 cloves) 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp salt (I prefer fine sea salt)
Instructions Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. This may be made ahead of time and chilled in the refrigerator.
