Ingredients
3/4 cup tomato juice (I assume you could also use a no-sodium variety as well to reduce the sodium below 157mg) 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1 small jalepeno pepper, halved & seeded
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until blended. Cover & chill.
Per 2 TBSP: 7 calories, 0.3 grams protein, 1.9 grams carbs, 0.2 grams fiber, 0.1 grams fat, 157 mg sodium
