I'm just taking stock as to what kind of personal training you would be interested in or have heard others interested in.......
I am looking at CECs (continuing education credits) for the future and I want to see what everyone is interested in for the future.
Such as: circuit training interval training cardiovascular training & aerobics advanced training including, but not limited to sports specific, plyometrics, sprinting, etc. core training functional training Flexibility training bands & tubing medicine balls & kettle bells BOSU Ball Drills for: balance, speed, power, agility, coordination, reaction time, etc. at home training pre & post natal fitness senior fitness dance classes cross training
Nutrition counseling for: pre & post natal children (from infants-18) weight loss weight gain weight maintenance muscle building endurance training sports holidays, traveling, etc.
