2 6 oz cans chunk light, no sodium added tuna packed in water, drained and flaked with a fork or your hands 1 15 oz can or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed (optional) 3 green onions, sliced (optional) 4 TBSP Italian Light Just 2 Good Dressing-Wishbone brand 3 tsp Italian seasoning 2 tsp chopped, fresh, or dried parsley sea salt & pepper to taste Romaine or Boston lettuce leaves (number depends on your preference)
Instructions Combine all ingredients in a large blow and mix until well blended. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Serve mixture in lettuce wraps or as a spread/dip with fresh, raw vegetables, baked chips/pita bread, or whole grain crackers.
